This stone has quite a thick layer of semi clear / milky opal and the fire almost seems suspended within it like clouds. Due to its versatile size and shape it would look lovely set either length or widthways as a pendant or as a ring. These undulations are left to preserve the opal layer and its fire, avoiding unnecessary loss during cutting.
