• Competitions are open to residents of the UK unless otherwise stated.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter a competition. 
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
• You must be 18 years or over to enter a competition.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person, unless otherwise stated in the competition post.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• By entering a competition, you are happy for Kernowcraft to announce you as the winner on our website and social media.
• By entering a competition, you provide Kernowcraft permission to use your competition entry on their online platforms.
• The winner will be notified within a week of the competition closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 2 days of being contacted or doesn't claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
