Beautiful freeform teardrop cabochons in captivating sea coloured tones and patterns. Ranging from light turquoise to deep aqua and teal with some copper coloured and metallic markings.

Shattuckite is a unusual stone, first discovered in 1915 in Arizona, USA and named after the mine Shattuck Mine where it was found. Often found near and in association to Malachite, Chrysocolla and Turquoise. It is a copper silicate mineral and some of the stones have beautiful coppery coloured markings, reminiscent of aerial photographs of the sea.

  • The pictured stones range in size from approximately 18 x 25mm to 27 x 35mm oval
  • Hardness of 3.5 on the mohs scale
  • Natural gemstone - as these are natural stones they may have slight surface imperfections
  • Healing properties: Considered a highly spiritual stone, shattuckite is thought to amplify intuition and psychic abilities
