This Kit Features:

Dremel 4250 Multi Tool & 35 Accessories: This is a popular choice among jewellers, providing and high quality and robust rotary tool which is great for both hobbyists and professional jewellers. There are so many accessories to choose from to help you with detailed sanding, carving, engraving, cutting, grinding, cleaning and polishing.

Multi Chuck: We recommend getting the multi chuck to use alongside your multi tool which allows you to quickly and easily change accessories without using collets. Please note, to use our accessories you will need to purchase a multi chuck.

Mandrels: These mandrels are to use with our brilliant silicone polishing wheels which are also included in this kit. They have a 2.3mm shank so they will fit into many hobby or pendant drills (to fit these in our Dremel 4250 Multi Tool you will need a multi chuck). Make sure you select the correct type for your shape of polisher; the type for cylinders is threaded so the cylinder simply screws directly onto the mandrel and the type for wheel and knife edge wheel comes apart so the wheels can be inserted and secured.

Silicone Carbide Polishing Cylinders: These cylinder shaped high grade silicone carbide polishers are impregnated with fast cutting abrasives for excellent and speedy polishing results. The polishers come in four different grades which are all included in this kit. Simply work down through the grades to achieve a brilliantly professional finish in a fraction of the time it takes with sanding sheets. We always like to give a final polish with rouge as we don't think it can be beaten for that sparkling mirror finish. These also need to be used with our mandrels for silicone polishers which are included in this kit.

Silicone Carbide Polishing Knife Edge Wheels: These knife edge wheel shaped high grade silicone carbide polishers are impregnated with fast cutting abrasives for excellent and speedy polishing results. The polishers come in four different grades which are all included in this kit. Simply work through the grades to achieve a professional finish quickly and with little effort. We always like to give a final polish with rouge as we don't think it can be beaten for that sparkling mirror finish. These accessories need to be used with our mandrels for silicon polishers, included in this kit.

Polishing Mops, Wheels & Points: These polishing mops, wheels and points are great for quickly polishing jewellery if you don't have a bench polisher and even if you do they are really useful for getting into those hard to reach places. They have a 2.3mm shank so they fit into most hobby or pendant drills such as our Dremel 4250 Multi Tool (to fit this sized shank on our Dremel Multi Tool, a multi-chuck is required) and are best used with our polishing compounds, rouge and tripoli. Don’t forget, if you are using both compounds (tripoli is for pre-polishing and rouge for final finishing) you will need separate points for each as even a small amount of tripoli can contaminate your rouge and prevent you from creating a mirror finish.

Alligator Tape: We have also included our popular alligator tape, although not a tool it is an essential in your workshop when it comes to polishing! This finger tape protects your fingers from minor cuts, abrasions and burns when filing, sanding, polishing, buffing, grinding, assembling and stone setting.
