Christmas & New Year Delivery Information

Allow plenty of time for posting. Please post items and gifts for Christmas early, particularly for International deliveries. 

We will be on our Christmas break from 21st December and will return to the office on 2nd January. For any enquiries during this time, please email us at [email protected]and we will get back to you once we return.

Latest Posting Dates For The UK

Friday, 20th December at 12pm is our final cut-off for standard and special delivery parcels to ensure Christmas delivery via Royal Mail. Please note that delays may occur, so we strongly recommend placing your orders early to avoid any disappointment. Any orders placed after this date will be processed when we return to the office on 2nd January 2025. Special delivery orders will be prioritised for faster processing. 

Latest Posting Dates For International Deliveries

To ensure Christmas delivery, all orders must be placed by 12pm GMT on the final posting date for your country, as listed below. Orders placed after this cut-off will still be processed and shipped up until 12pm GMT on 20th December. Any orders placed after 20th December will be processed and shipped when we return to the studio on 2nd January 2025, after the Christmas break.

  • Usually sent with Royal Mail on a 48hr service. Your order should arrive within 2 days after dispatch but this is not guaranteed.
  • Orders over 5KG will be sent with a courier (e.g. multiple heavy tools or tumblers may exceed, most orders are under).
  • Orders with free delivery promotions are normally sent using an economy service, using 2nd class non tracked service.

UK Express: Tracked Delivery, Not Signed For Service

Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 Days

Price: £4.99

  • Usually sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. Your order should arrive the day after dispatch but this is not guaranteed.
  • Orders over 5KG will be sent with a courier (e.g. multiple heavy tools or tumblers may exceed, most orders are under).

UK Special Delivery: Priority Signed For Service

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 Day

Price: from £7.99

  • Usually sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This is a prioritised service and should arrive next day but this is not guaranteed.
  • Orders must be placed by 12 noon for this delivery service, otherwise, it will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Heavy parcels over 1.5KG will be sent with a courier and your order will need to be placed by 10:30am.
  • Special Delivery, Priority Signed for Service does not apply to Sundays, if your order is dispatched on a Friday it should be delivered on the Saturday,  (except Highlands & Islands including the Channel Islands, which may take a little longer).
  • This service will require a signature.
  • To avoid any delays please include your phone number on your order just in case we have any issues with your order that we need to discuss with you, it will also help the delivery person if they need help finding your address.
  • No refund of delivery fees will be available for late deliveries.

UK Fed-Ex Courier: Signed For Delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 Days

Price: from £14.99

  • Orders over 5KG will usually be sent with a courier (e.g. multiple heavy tools or tumblers may exceed 5KG, most orders are under).
  • Order must be placed by 10.30am to be dispatched the same day, otherwise it will be dispatched on the following day.
  • This service will require a signature.
  • Fed-Ex Courier Signed for Service does not apply to Sundays, if your order is dispatched on a Friday it should be delivered on the Saturday, (except Highlands & Islands which may take a little longer or delays due to weather conditions).
  • To avoid any delays please include your phone number on your order just in case we have any issues with your order that we need to discuss with you, it will also help the delivery person if they need help finding your address.
  • No refund of delivery fees will be available for late deliveries.
  • Please request a quote for Fed-Ex delivery to Channel Islands

Please note that refund of delivery fees will not be available for late deliveries and orders will not be considered lost or have a replacement sent until after 15 working days.

Please note that if a force majeure event occurs, Kernowcraft, Royal Mail and other couriers used by Kernowcraft are not liable for any delays that are caused by the event. Reimbursement for Special Delivery Priority Signed for Service deliveries that have been delayed due to factors out of our control cannot be processed after the order has been dispatched.


All international orders are sent using Tracked Delivery, Not Signed for Service

  • Usually sent using Royal Mail Tracked service. No signature is required.
  • Heavy orders over 2Kg will be sent with a courier and a quote for postage will be needed, please contact us for details.
  • Tracking numbers are provided on dispatch emails so you can check progress while in transit.
  • Please note VAT is not charged at time of ordering, and any applicable taxes or import duties imposed by your country will be your responsibility.
  • We recommend checking for any potential charges before placing your order. It is important to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date when placing your order.

Frequently asked questions

When will my order be dispatched?

Our small team tries our very best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually on the very same day! Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and during our Christmas holidays. Possible delays could be caused by out of stock items or failed payment or security checks. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as we can to discuss the issues so we can get your order to you as soon as possible. It is always helpful to include your daytime telephone number and email address when ordering so we can easily get in touch with you if there is an issue with your order.

Can I upgrade my postage?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and before your order has been processed if you would like to upgrade or amend the delivery service you have chosen. If additional payment is needed, we will need to take card payment over the phone.

Has my order been dispatched?

When you have placed an order with us you will receive an automated email confirming your order, you will also receive an automated email once your order has been dispatched. If the emails are not found in your junk folder, log into your account and check that your contact details are correct.

Can I change my delivery address?

We recommend always checking your email order confirmation once you have placed an order, to ensure your billing and delivery address are correct. We can only make amendments before your order has been processed, so please make sure you get in touch with us as soon as you can if you spot an error. If you would like to change the address on an order you have placed please get in touch - we may ask some additional security questions before making changes. You can also log into your account to update your personal details at any time.
